The idea here is to create an archive of all our routes so that we all have access to them. It's a work in progress, mostly based on my memory when I get home on a Sunday afternoon, but hopefully it'll prove to be a useful resource.

Amersham 50 Sportive Ride


This is the route for the Amersham 50 Sportive Ride on 1 June 2008 as part of the Chiltern 100 Sportive.

Red Kite Ride


Due to recieve it's first outing on 16 March this is Paolo's latest contribution to the ride calendar.

The route runs counter-clockwise with an early climb of Whiteleaf Hill before heading across Bledlow Ridge and down to Fingest. There are then a couple more climbs before heading down to the Thames at Marlow for the cafe stop (34 miles). The return journey takes you back across the hills to West Wycombe and through Speen and Great Hampden on the way back to Great Missenden (55 miles).

Aylesbury Vale Ride


This counter-clockwise route starts out from Great Missenden on Rignall Road, past Chequers and over the hill into Butlers Cross. There are climbs at Winchendon, Chilton and Brill before heading down through Oakley and Worminghall to Waterperry Gardens and the cafe (32 miles). The route then returns to Worminghall and heads around Thame to Chinnor and Bledlow before the final climb of the day to Lacey Green and down through Great Hampden back to Great Missenden (57 miles).

Watlington Ride


This is the ride to Chinnor Garden Centre via Watlington as ridden by the "moderate" group on 27 January 2008.

The second half of the ride passes through Towersey and Haddenham before returning throughThe route runs clockwise passing over Cadsden and through Chinnor before climbing Stokenchurch Hill. There is then a fast descent into Watlington and you return through Postcombe to Chinnor Garden Centre (32 miles). Ford and Great Kimble for the double climb of Ellesborough and Butlers Cross and a nice fast run back to Great Missenden(53 miles).
